When you do say you love her, make sure you mean it.
    Be prepared for anything to happen after you say it.
    Don't ever lie.
    Be honest. Don't divert from telling her the truth, she'll respect you for it.
    If she doesn't say "I love you" back, don't worry. She might just not be ready to express her feelings towards you yet.
    Don't abuse the "I love you." It makes it meaningless and dull.
    Play safe, have your reasons to why you love her and make her feel secure.
    Try not to get too nervous and just be yourself all the way up until you say it.
    Never expect anything though. There is a chance that she is taken or not interested.
    Make sure you are alone. Get to know her and if you see that she is more comfortable with her friends
    around when she's with you, then stay like that but take her to the corner not too far from them.
